What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important part in keeping plant operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You'll be responsible for managing plant yard documentation and maintaining accurate records, as well as coordinating the movement of tools and equipment to ensure they are available where and when they are needed.

You'll also support certification and compliance activities, helping the business meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with site teams, suppliers and plant yard personnel, you'll build strong working relationships and provide day-to-day administrative support across a busy and dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

You'll be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and able to manage your own workload effectively, balancing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be liaising with a wide range of people both within the business and externally.

You'll be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for learning, developing new skills, and building a career within the construction and plant operations sector.
